 Welcome to AgroPulse. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.            

 This Privacy Policy explains how AgroPulse ("we," "us," "our," "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the AgroPulse mobile application. 

 1. Information We Collect 

To provide farm management features, AgroPulse may collect and store:

- Account information: name, email address, and login credentials (via Firebase Authentication)

- Farm data you enter: plot details, crop information, labor records, attendance, wages, expenses, income, and task records

- Device information: basic device/app diagnostics used for troubleshooting and app stability

We do not collect location data, contacts, or media files unless you explicitly choose to add them (e.g., attaching a photo to a farm record).     

 2. How We Use Your Information 

Your information is used only to:

- Provide core app functionality (plot, labor, task, and expense management)

- Sync your data across your devices

- Enable multi-user access if you choose to add family members or supervisors

- Improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.  

 3. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected

AgroPulse is built on Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure):

- Authentication: User accounts are managed through Firebase Authentication, which handles secure sign-in and credential storage.

- Access control: Firebase Security Rules restrict data access so that only authenticated users can read or write their own farm data (or data explicitly shared with team members they've added).

- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (via TLS) and at rest, in line with Google Cloud's standard infrastructure protections.
